Checking in with you
Well hello!
How's your summer? Are you having fun? Are you staying cool? Are keeping yourself hydrated? Are you remaining safe from that "thing" going around out there? Most of all, are you listening to music and letting it thrill your soul?
I pray all of your answers are yes?
I have to say other than two events that had me totally upset, it's been a quiet summer overall. I've been taking it easy and simply trying to relax and exhale from those two events! That's not easy for me. The music in my head, the ideas, creating cool things seem to never stop! I'm not complaining. I love my creative side. You'd think after all these years, I'd be used to my creative brain!
Lately, I've been thinking a lot about life and humanity. I know many people feel humanity is doomed! I can see why, but I also see how it's not. There's so much good taking place. And even though humans are taking their sweet time waking up. In the big picture, we are awakening, one person at a time.
So I just wanted to check in with you to say hi, and to stress to you, "don't give up!"
Try not to allow the LOUD voices of hate, anger, and fear to derail you from what you know to be true in the core of your being, and that is, "life is good, life is love, and life is worth living. Let me know how you're doing, and have a great summer.

Hey Dave thanks for checking in. Life is good thus far. The band worked quite a bit in June. We had quite a few gigs in June.I’m quietly working on some new music, and just trying to rest whenever I can…..Best wishes Charles B🎺

That’s good news! I’m so glad to see the gigs, and live music coming back. I plan to put a band together and hit the road as well. It’s really different being the upfront person now, I “almost” don’t know what to do, LOL!
Would love the hear the new music when it’s ready!!!
